Selling

For several years, I worked almost exclusively with sellers, and my background working with builders and developers—marketing 50 single family homes in the Chicago suburbs, or 107 condos in Pioneer Square, for example—was a natural fit for the selling process. Helping an individual or family prepare, position and market a home or investment property is an inherently creative pursuit and one I really enjoy.

My experience representing sellers in both “up” and “down” markets gives me both fortitude and calm under pressure that my sellers especially appreciate. While it’s a privilege to present multiple offers and an escalated sale price after just a few days on the market, I take even more pride in the tougher wins. Negotiating a solid offer after an extended time on the market is even more fulfilling.

The listing process begins with an hour+ listing consultation, preferably in person at the home or virtual as needed. We walk through the home and I get to know you, what makes you tick and what an ideal selling process looks like for you. We also cover an initial pricing range, recommendations for listing preparation and what to expect as a seller in the current market.
